Camp Details

ACCOMMODATIONS: All overnight campers will be housed two to a room in a campus dormitory. Campers will need to provide towels, linens, sleeping bag and a pillow. Roommate preference should be submitted with application. Campers are under constant supervision while they are at the camp. CURFEW WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO.

MEALS: All meals will be served at Market Place West Food Court. The food court is next to the campus dormitory. Many food choices are available: a selection of entrees, vegetarian selection, salads, desserts and beverages. Day campers are responsible for their own meals.

HEALTH AND INSURANCE:
Costs for the treatment of injuries and hospitalization for illness or injuries during the camps will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian of the participant. Insurance is required.

MEDICAL CONSENT & RELEASE OF LIABILITY: A medical Consent & Release of Liability Form must be filled out for each camper. Campers will not be permitted to participate if we do not have a signed form. A form can be downloaded here.
